Late April into May 2012 Configurations
Some of the influences that are contributing to events now
include:
Ø
A late Gemini angle will
feature a long alignment of energies: Libitina, Memoria, Urania, Hippokrates,
Sisyphus, Hades, Hekae, Virchow and Sappho.
Among the things you can expect (if these factors are angular at one of
your lunar return charts now) include:
Ø
You will hear of medical
conditions that affect the memory and, perhaps, cause decline of the faculty of
memory. At some point, you may note a
rather dire or negative outlook regarding the ability to remember things. Some of this may be reported by or about a
friend. You may also hear that this
problem is “like” another problem (but is not, in fact, that same
diagnosis.) One of the things this can
mean is that someone is having memory problems—and, although that’s “like” what
happens with Alzheimer’s, in this case, it’s caused by something different.
Ø
Given the Urania x Hades,
there may also be talk about cognitive decline. Of course, the combination of these two factors can also produce
mistakes with astrology and contact with very basic astrological
knowledge. Hades offers problems with
Urania, and that can show up as dealings with people who either aren’t all that
bright or have trouble seeing the big picture.
Too, their perception of things can be very bleak.
Ø
That an illness very much
affects a person’s outlook will be obvious.
Not as obvious, perhaps, but more important is that a person’s
perception of their illness actually does have cellular impact.
Ø
There will be concerns
about (Hippokrates x Sisyphus) disease
recurrence or any sort of “try, try again” that comes up with a medical
condition or treatment.
Ø
When you see a
Hekate-Hades, your first thought is that a person can have insomnia or bad
dreams. Add the medical asteroid and
symptoms can be worse at night. There
can be concern about whether someone’s really “there for” a person who’s ill.
Ø
The asteroid, Virchow,
speaks of pathology at the cell level.
Virchow also plays a role in autopsies, leukemia, phlebitis, embolism
and thrombosis. So, someone (or a
television program or a browser banner) could bring up one of these
issues. A Hades x Virchow can mean “a
debilitating disease at the cellular level;” it can also show up as hearing
about an autopsy where there is a suspected crime.
Ø
Given the parans
opposition of Malpighi, you may hear of diseases such as lung cancer, but since
Malpighi also represents “blood and blood tests,” others may report on leukemia
or blood work done to assess cell damage and cell apoptosis.
Ø
The parans opposition (to
all those late Gemini-early Cancer factors) of Cupido means that some of the
ailments you hear about will be genetic or you will be aware of how serious
illness affects a family or partner.
Ø
An early Aries angle will
bring the angularity of Child, Pallas, Kron, Lachesis, Uranus, Kassandra and
the asteroid, Zeus. Among the scenarios
this will present:
Ø
You’ll be especially
aware of how a child tries to get a father’s approval. You may hear of a youngster with special
math skills; at another moment, the child of a politician will do or say something
that sticks in your mind for a while.
Ø
The Child x Kron will
bring the child of a famous person or government official to attention. You may also be aware of laws or legalities
that involve children, or hear of experts or specialists who focus on children.
Ø
We’ll all see lots of
Pallas x Kron—officials vying for approval!
Ø
A Lachesis-Uranus
advertises “a sudden or unexpected interruption.” (And this will occur in or in connection with other angulars—including
your radix anguars!) Among other
things, this can mean that a Kron—a father or leader—has a sudden event that
sets his life on a very different path.
Ø
With Kassandra in the
mix, there will be times when you and others aren’t sure what to believe. And some of that input comes from “a Kron”—a
father, a government official, a boss, a specialist, an expert, or anyone with
fame or authority. So: is what they’re
saying true? Should they be
believed? Should their advice be
followed?
Ø
And in what ways do they “advise”
or speak of Uranus? Do they suggest
Change? Do they allude to a kind of “rebellion”? Are they advocating freedom or personal
autonomy? Is what they have to say a
cause for tension (and how do your radix angulars “receive” and “hear” what’s
being said?)
Ø
One of the ways that a
Kassandra-Zeus shows up is that you hear “inflammatory remarks;” you hear a
speaker trying to incite others. Since
Zeus can also stand for the military, you may hear of military matters… but is
that believable?
Ø
Note that we have two
upcoming eclipses: a solar in 00 Gemini in late May and a lunar in 14 Sag in
early June. They are already
influencing moods and events. What

I hope these brief
remarks are enough to urge you to set up your own lunar returns (Tropical and
Precessed) so you can evaluate the “angular” (within 10 degrees, either side,
radix and transit, of the return chart’s angles) energies and watch how they
interact to produce and influence events and reactions. The charts are very good at detail, so you’ll
have to be a fly on the wall of your own life to notice all that the charts
advertise.
